Your talent is what we’re looking for.

Welcome to our open positions!

Organizational Context:

Our goal is to educate and empower parents so they can better understand how to create a long-term healing environment for their children.LEAF, a program of Parents In Training INC, was created to provide an intensive trauma-responsive, love-based wraparound services program for at-risk adoptive families in California. Our mission is to reduce the parents’ stress while teaching them how to be therapeutically available to their children. In this manner, we engage the entire family unit in the healing process. We believe healing happens inside the home throughout the diverse network of hidden communication patterns in the various family relationships.

Love

Our organization and each of its members strives towards love, which we believe is the most important driving force in all that we do.

Responsability

Taking 100% ownership of our role in fulfilling the promise that we have made to our clients, our peers, and ourselves.

Integrity

We do what we say we are going to do.

Relationship

We are in it together, we want to be an integral part of your family, growing and learning together as one team, one community.

Effort

We are committed to hardwork and effort beyond what others do because we are not average. We strive for exceptional.

Tiffany Edler

Respite Coordinator

When you meet Bryan it takes two seconds for him to talk, and for you to be on board with what he is doing because he is so passionate about what he sees for the future of these children and families. It’s empowering, it’s been a blessing and a great journey. I love to see the growth from its inception and see how much we have done, it’s impressive.

Marissa Gamez

Director of Education

My experience with Leaf has been wonderful. The people, the culture, is all loved based. everything that I learned, and I do is applicable to all relationships, not just for adoptive families. It is a great place to work as well as to create relationships with employees.

Cassidy Sala

Executive Assitant

It is a great experience with lots of challenges. However, we have a dynamic team with different values and personalities and assets that everybody brings to the table. I like that we are always working on improving ourselves not only as individuals but as an organization, we always get good input from each other. Best company I can ever work for.
