OUR PROGRAM

LET’S BEGIN THIS PROCESS TOGETHER

Our goal is to educate and empower parents so they can better understand how to create a long-term healing environment for their children.

WE WANT TO HELP YOU

STAGES

1

SUPPORT

We provide in-home support, becoming part of your family, and giving the parents all the tools and education to understand how they can provide a healing response to trauma. Our goal is to reduce the level of stress in the home and to strengthen the love bonds within the family.

2

RESOURCES

We provide additional resources to support the well-being of the family. We consider it a successful outcome when the family feels empowered and ready to respond and work through a crisis.

3

HEALING

We believe the healing process requires an integrative approach. We open a space to share with other parents, offering the possibility of being part of a Therapeutic Group and experiencing a healing community and collaborative environment.

4

TRANSITION

At this stage, we prepare the families for the transition process.

Helping. Healing. Caring

OUR SERVICES

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Wraparound services can be requested by members of the immediate family.

Once the initial form is completed a representative will be in touch to discuss the program and explain the requirements.

Who Qualifies?

You can be eligible!

Any family with an adopted child from a county within the state of California, under the age of eighteen, who is at risk of being removed or placed outside the home into a higher level of care. We understand that this kind of situation can generate huge turmoil in the family. In most instances, the child is already exhibiting some spectrum of severe behavior, has been diagnosed, and may be receiving mental health counseling which has not alleviated the level of stress experienced by the family.

Do I need a referral from my Social Worker?

You may qualify automatically

Though your AAP social worker will be considered a
part of your community treatment team a referral from your social worker is not
required. If your child and home meet the necessary criteria you are automatically qualified. We work with social workers as well as local professionals to provide an effective treatment team approach that works towards meeting the individualized needs of each family we serve.
