Digital Marketing Specialist


Job summary:

Responsible for growing our digital audience by overseeing the production and distribution of media content for our brand. The role includes establishing and maintaining online communities or all relevant platforms, designing and implementing company’s digital media plans and strategies and achieving digital marketing goals and objectives. 

Research target market aligned with the strategic business plan and prepare marketing campaigns that drive customer growth and engagement using various digital channels including liaison with external digital agencies. 

The position will report to the CEO and coordinate actions with the Marketing Team and Customer Experience Manager. 

Key functions, accountabilities and related duties: 

  • Digital Community Building: Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of online communities, leveraging internet marketing strategies to foster engagement and growth. 
  • Influencer and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate robust relationships with influencers, bloggers, and businesses, utilizing email marketing and CRM management to enhance outreach initiatives. 
  • Integrated Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing team to seamlessly promote brand messaging across various media channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct mail initiatives. 
  • Social Media Coordination and Strategy: Oversee the weekly scheduling of social media content, employing social media marketing expertise to optimize visibility and engagement. 
  • Media Strategy Development: Play a pivotal role in developing media strategies that empower and amplify overall marketing campaigns, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of funnel building. 
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline organizational workflows by integrating advanced communications management tools and techniques, particularly focusing on CRM systems. 
  • Strategic Communication Enhancement: Offer strategic insights to enhance marketing communication efforts through in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and a nuanced understanding of direct mail campaigns. 
  • Data-Driven Platform Optimization: Generate weekly reports analyzing user behavior trends and communication metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize messaging across digital platforms. 


  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. 
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies impacting the business landscape. 
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance. 
  • Consumer Behavior : Understand and interpret consumer behavior to tailor marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement. 
  • Digital Marketing: Have expertise in internet marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels. 
  • Brand Management: Manage and enhance the organization’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications. 
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. 



  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership, guiding and motivating teams to achieve marketing objectives.

 Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Equivalent experience 
  • 10 + years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role 
  • Expertise in working with CRMs
